Read and search a local Obsidian vault.
What it does
Points at a vault folder. Fine for personal notes; do not point it at a vault that holds work secrets you would not paste into a chat.
Install
Typical Claude Desktop / Cursor command:
npx -y obsidian-mcpSecrets it wants: OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH
Works with
Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf — any host that can launch a local MCP stdio server.
