What it does

Bot API. Do not put a user MTProto session in a chat tool.

Typical Claude Desktop / Cursor command:

npx -y telegram-mcp

Secrets it wants: TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN

Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf — any host that can launch a local MCP stdio server.
