What it does

Tiny and safe. Install when the model keeps getting the date wrong.

Typical Claude Desktop / Cursor command:

uvx mcp-server-time

Secrets it wants: optional LOCAL_TIMEZONE

Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf — any host that can launch a local MCP stdio server.
